2º BACHILLERATO: BLOQUES IMPORTANTES EXAMEN ORDINARIA

BLOQUES IMPORTANTES POR EVALUACIÓN:

1ª EVALUACIÓN:

UNIT 1

- 1) Traduce las siguientes frases en estilo directo e indirecto

2) Traduce las siguientes frases (too/enough)

la diferencia entre poner SO o SUCH + un adjetivo/adverbio es que:

SUCH LLEVA EL ADJETIVO/ADVERBIO SEGUIDO DEL SUSTANTIVO

- so (that) / in order that + frase subordinada (mismo o distinto sujeto)

CONSECUTIVE CLAUSES




Consecutive (consecutivas)

such a/an + adjetivo + nombre contable singular
- era una película tan aburrida que se fue a su casa
it was such a boring film that she went home
such + adjetivo + nombre contable plural
- eran unos estudiantes tan inteligentes que aprobaron inglés
they were such clever/intelligent students that they passed English

such + adjetivo + nombre incontable
- era una leche tan cara que todos bebían café.
It was such expensive milk that everybody drank coffee

So + adjetivo/adverbio
- Tu amiga es tan maja que vendrá conmigo el año que viene
Your friend is so nice that she will come with me next year

So much (incontable) / so many (contable plural)
- Íñigo tiene tanto tiempo libre que va a estudiar Inglés
Íñigo has so much free time that he is going to study English
- Jennifer tiene tantas amigas que no tiene tiempo para estudiar
Jennifer has so many friends that she does not have time to study

- Es tan rápido… = He is so fast (sin sustantivo)

- Es un chico tan rápidoHe is such a fast boy (adjetivo junto a sustantivo)


- Hacía un día tan soleado que nos fuimos a la playa
It was such a sunny day that we went to the beach
- La playa estaba tan vacía que nos fuimos al cine
The beach was so empty that we went to the cinema
- Había tanta gente en el cine que me fui a Madrid
There were so many people at the cinema that I went to Madrid
- Estaba tan cansado que no vine a clase
I was so tired that I did not come to class
- Me gustó tanto que lo compré

Cause and effect (causa efecto)

Because (porque) / as (ya que/como) / since (como/ya que)
- Como no has venido no te he visto (presente perfecto = have/has + participio)
As/since you have not come I have not seen you
- Como no viniste no te vi (pasado simple = -ed/2ª columna verbos irregulares – did=auxiliar)
As/since you did not come I did not see you
- Te he visto porque has venido
I have seen you because you have come
