- actividad que empezó en el pasado y continúa en el presente. (for, since)

- acción que empezó en el pasado y que puede haber acabado recientemente.

- acciones que han acabado recientemente y el resultado es evidente.

PRESENTE PERFECTO SIMPLE

presente perfecto simple 

( HAVE/HAS + VERBO EN PARTICIPIO)


I HAVE PLAYED FOOTBALL = he jugado al fútbol


- acciones que ocurrieron en el pasado (sin especificar cuándo)

- con el adverbio “just” para acciones que acaban de ocurrir

- con preposición for (durante) y since (desde)

- con expresiones de tiempo que, en el momento de hablar, no han acabado.
